Hello, I am off to Brazil to travel with mi Amor! I am going to start looking for a really cool, clean, responsible female to sublet my cute, single Venice Beach bungalow from around Jan.5th to Feb 10th.
This place is CUTE! You will like this place if you are an artsy type...it's got some tasteful, but creative decor going on - think Asian, gothic, hippy. This place has positive energy and is in a relatively safe neighborhood. This is a one bedroom, with a living room and kitchenette, small bathroom with great shower (no tub though), a little small but cozy. I live 5 blocks from the beach - and you can use my bike too if you promise to lock it up!
The rent is $1,200 per month. I am going to clear most of my personal things out, but the place comes furnished.
Ideally you are: Really clean, responsible, don't make too much noise, are respectful to neighbors, ages 25 to ??? - FEMALE PREFERRED (or a gay male) and can pay me the $1,200 up front.
