Hey there,
Here's the official info: I've got good credit, great rental and personal refs. I make a good income working as a PA. I travel with my work so I am gone sometimes, 2-3+ days at a time, 1-3 times per month. And I am a visual artist with ties in the L.A. and Bay area arts communities.
On a personal level: I am in my 30's. I've been through the whole gamet of alternative healing and spiritual practices and techniques, and still eat healthy and practice spiritually, but am in no way ridged or preachy about it. I am into life and into just living itself being the path. So would love a roommate who is similar in that they are versed in these things and past the up tight phase. I love people, house guests, and don't mind a social atmosphere in my home, a musical and artistic house would be nice too. I want a home where nice dinners with friends is fine and a home that is 420 friendly. I am also into solitude and peace. I love contemporary art, modern design, foreign travel, Brasil, fashion, and am genuinely kind. I'm a L.A. native, and lived in Northern California also.
I want a place that is fabulous simply put, a house would be best with a yard and I'd love a private entrance or even a guest house. I come with some great furniture and have my eye on a few more pieces I'd like to buy if your space needs furniture. I love design so furnishings are like art to me.
THIS IS IMPORTANT:
I need wood or tile floors (no carpet) and something not painted in the last two years and a roommate who uses or would be fine to use eco cleaners. I can't live with animals (love em but make me sneeze). And I want a clean house, I can pay for a maid (and have someone I already know who is great.) I come with some great furniture and have my eye on a few more pieces I'd like to buy if your space needs furniture. I love design so furnishings are like art to me.
I want a roommate who is fun, sweet, positive, has their sh*t together, clean and easy going, male or female, gay or straight.
