Hey there you guys, sorry to bother you but I'm going to be selling my beloved Accord. Selling on Craigslist can be a royal pain in the arse though, and I'd rather make sure it goes to a good home. It's a 96 Honda Accord EX. Ex meaning it has everything except a V6 and leather seats. It gets great gas mileage, it's in great condition, and it's been meticulously cared for.
It comes with ABS, newer break pads (changed over 6 months ago), single CD stereo, cruise control, the air conditioning is excellent (ice cold), power steering, power windows, power door locks, tinted windows (this was done by hand, and it's a bit messed up on the right hand back window by the previous owner), moonroof, power seat (driver)... et cetera.
Only cons are that the car is over ten years old, the paint is not in great shape but it polishes up fine. There is a white scrape on the front right side of the bumper that came with the car (the Carfax is clean) that does not affect the integrity of the bumper.
It really is the ideal "daily driver" car or car for a student, it's even a plus for a student. It's much more plush and has a lot more extras than your regular Civic. I have my assurances from my most trusted mechanic that it will go another 100K easy.
The pictures below are just for example, it just got rained on (and bird pooped on) and I took them with my cell phone camera but I wanted to give you an idea of what it's like. I plan on getting the interior detailed and a nice hand wash/waxing before it is sold.
I'm only selling the car because I always wanted to get a Del Sol!
The only catch is the price is $4200 FIRM and I mean FIRM.
Please feel free to distribute this to friends though, I'd like to get the car sold ASAP.
I can be contacted through MySpace or here.
