Develop and execute Work strategic plan for the Area. Identify prospects. Utilize established sales process opposite prospects. Implement and execute against opportunities for Citibank @ Work. Work closely with Financial Centers to coordinate and schedule Citibank @ Work on-site programs and deliver against the 12-month sales plan.month sales plan. Fully integrate all channels to leverage cross-sell especially focused on Commercial Markets.
Specifications / Qualifications :
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred. Proven track record of sales accomplishments. Superior interpersonal, sales and communication skills a must. Project management skills including superior follow-up. Proven ability to execute programs with excellence. Excellent influence skills; capability to interface at many levels both internal and external.
