need three roomies for on-the-sand beachfront in malibu $1100-$1500

i realize the culture of malibu is a little strange, but when 180 degrees of your perspective is water, there is a guaranteed heavenly existence. i found this place, the whole front is windows, its so close to the ocean it looks like it could easily get washed away in a high tide. if youve ever wanted to live on the sand, with a marine biologist couple that can teach you how to scuba dive in the front yard, CONTACT ME ASAP!!! (ps i have no idea if this is a viable scheme or not, but it could be!)
