Hello,
I have a beautiful room for rent to the perfect sister. My space is my sanctuary where I dance, create, do yoga, meditate, activate, cook healthy foods, have gatherings, etc. The place has nice hard woodfloors, is open, clean, minimally furnished, and a space for a fella goddess to wants to celebrate and live an activated and empowered living situation. It is close to the beach, quiet, has lots of trees, and you could here the birds chirp, see hummingbirds fly around and more. I love my apartment!
The rent is $925 a month, plus utiliites around $75, and a deposit of $625.
The place is available on May 1, 2008 or sooner if the right person.
I do have some requirements:
clean
respectful
communicates if there is something going on positive or negative
is happy, positive and open
