Human (male or female) needed to share in an amazing, cool and best of all SAFE building in the heart of Hollywood.
I am an artist/costume maker/social worker/burner/bicycle advocate/music nut. 39 m, friendly,
laid back (mmj card)., a fundamentally decent guy with references to prove it. I am a friend of many folks at Lightning Temple.
For 900 a month+450 deposit(includes utilities and internet and no lease) you get your own
bedroom/bathroom/balcony/large closet and secured parking space, and maid service 2x a month. Incredible neighbors, in a nice building in the hills above Franklin. An 8 minute walk to Hollywood Blvd, with access to the metro and busses and all the bars, restaurants and fun stuff...
Best of all a sane roommate that will respect you and your privacy and be easy to live with. We share living room and kitchen.
YOU must be male or female, responsible, employed, easy to get along with and respectful of communal space. Burning Man folks are encouraged to apply but I am open minded. ABSOLUTELY NO DRAMA. An ocassional party is ok, but not every night of the week. Just be a decent person and we should get along fine.
