Roommate needed to share gorgeous 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom split-level house
in Mt. Washington. The house has a gorgeous view of Southwest Museum and
the mountains, is located centrally (1 mile from the 110, 3 miles from the
5), and only a five-minute walk from the Metro gold line station! The hill
is covered with lush agave, lantanna, nasturtium, and clover flowers.
Amenities: gourmet stove and fridge, reverse osmosis water filter,
efficiency dishwasher, lots of wonderful light (including a skylight in
the bathroom), lots of parking, big front and back porch, giant-sized
washer and dryer.
Rent is $800/month sublease including gas, power, water, and shared wireless
internet. Move in date is flexible.
