Greetings!!
We have a community house focused on living consciously. There are vegans and raw foodists (non-vegan ok too !). We have a large front room for yoga, meditation, spiritual practice, and dance.
We share a beautiful house in Venice, 6 blocks from the beach!! Two blocks from the new Whole Foods, just off Rose & Lincoln. There are four bedrooms, a bright and sunny yoga room, a cozy living room and sunny kitchen, yards in the front and back. We have a washer and dryer, and wi-fi.. Our long term goals are to work on sustainability projects such as an organic garden, so bring your ideas!
There are two bedrooms to be SHARED - meaning it's half a space. The spaces available are for one male, and the other for a female at $450 each per month.
First and last rent is required for move in and a one month notification is needed for move out. Rent includes utilities. Agreement is month to month.
