Excellent intuitive & classical astrological reading
Lola gives the best astrological readings I've ever received. I used to not take astrology very seriously, but Lola's winning me over. Lola lives and breaths Astrology. Everytime I talk to her she is analysing everything with astrology. I think she is a wonderful Astroguide.

Astrology Readings for 2006 - Open for Business!
It occurred to me that this year, 2006, is my tenth year as a student of Astrology.

I began studying Astrology in 1996, the year that comet Hale-Bopp was quite visible. My first teacher was a wonderful lady named Jackie Slevin M.A., C.A. NCGR, who has acted as Co-Director of Education of The National Council for Geocosmic Research (NCGR), being the Dean and Founder of the University of Geocosmic Studies. On a weekly basis, I would spend an hour (well, it would usually end up being longer) in the little office of Jackie’s Monclair, NJ home, analyzing the charts of one boy or another whom I had a crush on at the time. I had originally met her when she was teaching one of those “continuing education” classes at night at a high school, I think it was in East Rutherford. It was something like 10 introductory classes in Astrology for $44 dollars, so I thought, heck, why not? Soon thereafter, I was spending $25 dollars a week to meet with her privately in her home.

We are still friends to this day and e-mail one another regularly!

For the next three years, you could not keep me out of Barnes and Noble Bookstore. I was going through Astrology books like food. I pretty much still own every Astrology book I’d ever bought and I reference them regularly.

In 1999, I moved to Los Angeles. I brought every single one of my Astrology books with me on the cross country trip. I immediately began searching for a new teacher, and started taking weekly classes with a woman named Gloria Stein who lived in Van Nuys. Her classes consisted of about 5 to 10 other women (depending on the day). We’d sit in her living room on Tuesday mornings and analyze a chart of some public figure she would have up on the board. She would not reveal his/her identity to us until the end of class. I really learned a lot of the more “technical” aspects of delineating a chart during this time period.

Since 2002, I’ve been studying on my own. Since 2004 I’ve been giving readings to my friends for very discounted prices or for barter/trade.

However, this is the year that I’m stepping up. I have now invested ten years of my life to this study and it is something I feel very confident about.

The thing I would love to do more than anything is teach Astrology and offer a weekly class. I live in Los Angeles Between Beverly Hills and Culver City and would be very much interested in holding weekly beginner Astrology lessons at my home for about an hour or two with 5 to 10 students or so, for $15 a person.

Or, if anyone is interested in taking private Astrology lessons, I would love to meet with you and charge $25.00 for an hour.

For a private reading/consultation, it would be $50.00 for an hour either in person, or we can do it over e-mail and you may ask me follow up questions so that you feel you have benefited as much as an in person reading (the benefit to an e-mail reading is that you can always refer to it later as well).

For those of you who don’t speak Astrologese...supposedly, this explains my fascination with the stars, and gives me the intuition to interpret them!


I especially love relationship astrology...analyzing how the energies of one person affect the energies of another. How two people's energies combined together can trigger things in one another that don't exist in each person individually.

I also like to analyze transits, to try to figure out what areas of our lives the universe wants us to be focusing on. Usually, when we are forcing our will on our lives (rather than going withthe flow of the universe), it causes us distress. We feel frustrated and feel like we cannot stop coming up against obstacles. When we know what areas the universe wants us to focus on, we find that everything else seems to fall into place.

I believe I cannot solve your problems or tell you your future, but perhaps I can help you re-direct your energy if you feel you are "hitting a brick wall"? Or, maybe I can help you understand the energies of your partner a little better? What areas of your life do you need to be focusing on?
