Cam Yoga is an oasis. The director, Audrey, is a tremendous teacher and I have experience in over 30 years of on and off yoga practice since I was a lil' hippy girl. There is a wonderful balance of rigorous instruction and warmth. We sometimes even sing in class! The community goes from babies & kids to seniors and the physically challenged. If you want a truly 'power' flow class - Saturday morning at 8:30. And it's all in sleepy Camarillo - who would have guessed? Worth the drive. Oh - the latest thing is "Yoga Rocks" - rock climbing instruction combined with onsite yoga. - Laura , posted 10/27/05 |
