The food is overrated and the wait surprisingly long for this utterly bland standard cuisine. What is up with people? The one in Old Town Pasadena creates crowds and lines out the door yet there are extremely wonderful restaurants less than five seconds away. People be crazy, yo! - Sherrie , posted 06/16/05 |

The food is chain-like, overpriced, and the service I've receieved the two times I've been has been extremely bad. My sister receieved her food 20 minutes after ours. No waiter/waitress in sight. Manager came to our table and offered an apology but no compensation for the dinner until we asked. Usually not a good sign. Cheesecake here is OK. Some kinds are better than others. The food tends to be generous portions, however, the quality is lacking. If you are ever in the area, I would actually recommend Memphis, in Orange and Costa Mesa, for cheesecake any day over The Cheesecake Factory. - D. , posted 09/29/04 |
