cheap, good, crowded
Cheap cookies that are just good being munched on by hordes of high schoolers pretending to be college students at UCLA. - Unsubscribed , posted 12/29/05

There are two reasons to stumble around Westwood -
One is their Thursday Farmer's Market and the other being Diddy Riese. Feed your inner Cookie Monster! - Sherrie , posted 07/12/05

Bargain cookies and ice cream sandwiches
Ok, first things first. You can NOT get 3 cookies for a dollar anywhere else in this town. An ice cream sandwich for a dollar? The heck, you say. But it's true. This counter in Westwood has great cookies (I recommend the cinnamon-sugar) and ice cream sandwiches and unbelievably cheap prices. You can't go wrong. Oh sure, they have hot dogs and muffins, too, but why. On a hot day, the line for ice cream sandwiches gets very long. - Jeff , posted 09/08/04

Ice Cream + Cookies = YUM
There's always a line out the door and down the street for this ice cream sandwich shop, but the menu is simple so the line moves fast. Choose from about a dozen different ice cream flavors to load up between any of the many flavors of cookies. They also have fresh baked muffins and brownies. I don't have much of a sweet-tooth, so while my girlfriend gets an ice cream sandwich for a buck, I usually get a hotdog and a soda for $2. Even though Diddy Riese is in the heart of Westwood, don't be surprised if you see Trojans in USC gear standing in line next to Bruins. - Josh , posted 09/04/04
