This "psychiatrist" who saw me on a regular basis approximately 2 years back lost my records. Apparently, on top of providing me with prescription medication that did not work( which explains why I never came back after giving him a chance for a year) , his records keeping is poor. Yet what made my experience worse is his secretary/ receptionist who not only proved to be incompetent, but was also extremely rude on the phone. In fact, in one particular conversation, she alluded to my insanity as perhaps part of the reason why they could not find my information. According to her, Dr. Weingold's record keeping is flawless and in situations similar to what I am going through is my own fault. It was a very demeaning process- something I will never forget and warranted my bringing it to the medical review board for further scrutiny.
