Suggested by my philosophy professor. I watched and saw a great piece of film making. If you like beautiful slick films forget it, but if you like dark gritty films with lots of symbology this is the one. He uses large scale wooden puppets, claymation and stop motion photography. Svankmajer is Chezch. but this film is in english. I somehow want to describe the color palate as that of Monty Python and the Holy Grail, the production value is of that level. - Unsubscribed , posted 12/08/05 |
