yes sister i feel you! thank you for sharing your honest thoughts about FMG...i think i saw you out there didging! there are always new faces...i am also not one of the "drugged out" ones...i do a little sumthin sumthin, but i prefer to dance and stomp and feel the vibes of the earth twirling round the great big ole moon and wait for the beautiful warmth of the golden sun in the morning...surrounded by beautiful peeps all sharing on their own trip...all shining with their own light...some are brighter than others, but we are all one big Happy Family! it is always one of the most healing things for me as well, no matter how exhausted i am when i get home...it's always sooo worth it! - little flower , posted 11/27/07

Full m00n gathering in the desrt
Amazing.
I danced most of the evening into the night and barely got any sleep. Woke up the next day at sunrise after sleeping in the truck with my chick-buddies and went back to dancing, drumming and playing my didge.
It was fun. It was dusty in the mojave desert out in the middle of nowhere with a huge full moon that didnt go down until about 10 am with the sun up but was really still chilly. We were next to a big fire and it was great.
And the feeling I had while there was this the amazing realization was that I feel like I am on XTC already all the time already in my daily life and I didnt need it there:
The way the blanket touches my body and when I lay my face on the pillow in half sleep, the way the warm water hits my skin in the morning in the shower, when I laugh really hard, when I cry really deeply, the way a rose smells , and way the light is at sunset or sunrise, the warmth of the water in the spa, the warmth of my bed when I wake up, when I eat certain delicious foods, when I drink water when I am thirsty, when I come/jerk off, when I run in the evenings on the beach in the ocean water, when I play drums or didge or piano or sing, when I do yoga.
Its already all there.
All of it.
So I am already on drugs in my daily life-- without taking it.
Why would I ever put myself into a situation that would make me feel any less than ecstatic? I see that I sometimes do that. I dont want to do that any longer. Never ever again.
I already have it in my body.

I didnt speak to many people because they were all drugged out and I didnt feel like chatting but did meet some cool peeps that I had met at an event in the past.
However, I made connections with a guy who had a reiki school in mexico but gave it away to his students when he moved to the states....and his fucking gorgeous "wife". She married him for him to get into the country. She was hooping non-stop and is a yoga instructor for 9 years in San diego. Cool chick!

Anyway, we had fun driving home-- singing and eating crap fast food.I crashed into my bed at 3pm, slept until 8pm, got up washed my hair and put coconut oil on my body and went back to bed. Slept another 8- 9 hours until I had to get up and get ready for work.
All good and I need to do this regularly....it literally is healing for me.

I loved it too!
That was sooooo much fun!
The music was awesome, the fire was blazing and the people were chillin.
The cosmic landscape was amazing: beautiful, bright, crisp full moon; stars and planets shining everywhere and one of the most amazing sunrises of my life (pink, orange, yellow, green and blue swirls!)

Full m00n gathering was totally awesome
This m00ntribe event was off the hook with the best DJ's ever. Greatest desert party I have ever attended. Very kewl burners and great tribers with some of the wildest earth trance dancing, wow. If you were there you were very fortunate. Check it out next time. Peace. - jamez420 , posted 11/25/07
