Temescal Canyon and Sunset Blvd. you can hike all over the place. You can feel like you are a Chumash Indian, even though there are million dollar homes a stones throw away, you can go into the wilderness that is almost exactly like it was back in the day when California was inhabited by native Indians. The Chumash tribe lived in the area now known as Topanga State park, and Temescal Canyon is part of this giant park with miles and miles of trails! See waterfalls, deer, snakes, native flora and fauna everywhere. Beautiful. - Aliki , posted 10/28/04 |
