Good food, good tea
Breakfast can't be beat at this spot. Their ever-changing breakfast specials will delight and amaze you: they demonstrate the restaurants dynamic attitude about healthy eating and fusion cooking as well as their skill with a wide variety of ingredients.
Lunch and dinner is hit or miss. The vegetable lasagna (?) is a mess of tasteless and dry lentils that muddle the flavors and textures of the other vegetables in the dish. The table bread is usually rubbery, as was the bread served with the humus. Other dishes, particularly their pasta inventions, sparkle.
Their teas are not to be missed, either. White Monkey green tea tastes superbly sweet, and a rooibos latte complements any meal very well. Unfortunately, teas are served in a press, which looks great but often leads to teas becoming bitter from oversteeping if you don't drink them up quick enough.
