Get your meditation/laughter/kundalini/dance ON!
And I mean OOOOONNNNNN!!!!

It's definitely UNLIKE any yoga class you've ever taken.

Very much in part to WHO Jesse is!!!!

He is a riot! He knows his stuff, so you will LEARN something. He's irreverent. He's approachable. He's fun and he takes you on a very down to earth, real, journey through whatever it is you are experiencing at the time through meditation, visualization, yoga AND dance! I do believe he was playing something towards the end very close to... ahem... house music!

Yes, that's right. All the reverence, peace and love you can take and all the irreverence, high energy and electrifying spaces that you can move through... all in ONE class.

Yay! I went for the first time last Friday and GODDESS willing, I will be back there this Friday!

Who's coming with me?
