visited there, not happy with the service or communication, had to watch them like a hawk, felt like they were going to try to put one over on me. They didn't have the right oil filter and grabbed the nearest thing off the shelf - not cool. I've been going to Jiffy Lube for about 3 years and never had a complain but lately service isn't the same. Costumer service is bad. Of course not all of them are the same. I've decided to do the oil change on my own, save money, time, and poor service. - J , posted 08/13/07 |
