I had the good fortune to discover recently moving to Los Feliz that I lived very near the golden bridge yoga center behind the cinerama dome on sunset and vine. Kundalini is a wonderful way to raise your fire, energy level, and awareness. I was fortunate enough to have a good friend teach/practice with me once a week for a few yeas, and it took me to place above and beyond, just flying on good ol' oxygen. . .usually i would play basketball after our kundalini sessions, and I would feel strong yet light as a feather. Lately I have been practicing Kundalini at home on my own, nothing major, 1 to 3 poses max, plus a free Ashtanga Yoga class offered at my school. I actually have my high school varsity boy's volleyball team enrolled in the class.
