This is the kind of store you walk in, and you immediately know you're going to get great service and a solid deal. I was new to downtown LA and one of the owners, Richard, made me feel comfortable, showed me some great pieces for my loft, had creative deas, and gave me a deal on all the merchandise I bought. There is a lot of variety in the store, and they are very solution-oriented. You can't beat this place - I searched and searched for furniture and lighting but it was either way too Pottery Barnish or just sucked. OK, I've been in a lot of furniture stores in my time, but this is the best, no pressure, very nice people. And the prices are GREAT!!! They will bargain with you, and have fun doing it. They have sources to order anything you want. Complete lines of home furnishings, from sofas to rugs, from bedroom to dining room, and really nice selection of accessories from vases to lamps to art work. We first heard about this store on the KTLA Morning News , now it's all the BUZZ> To find out more about them search YAHOO or GOOGLE. Check them out, your going to love this place, and tell all your friends, as I did. We make a once a month (at least) visit, because they get new stuff weekly.  Loft Appeal at 903 S. Hill Street downtown has tons of funky duds for your pad. Think bamboo, distressed, dark-finished, heavy, antique, brushed stainless, Hawaiian-themed, movie props, retro.
