necromance has a plethora of objects, trinkets, and carcasses dealing in zoology, entomology, osteology and the sort. the prices aren't bad and the owner really sweet. it's a great shop to browse or buy. it's like walking into a museum. - joycesu , posted 07/12/05 |

This is definitely one of my favorite stores in the city. You don't have to be "goth" to enjoy it, you just have to like bones and dead stuff. The owner, Nancy, is REALLY nice which is a rare and beautiful thing in stores these days. - Big Angry Redhead , posted 03/20/05 |

This tiny place is full of animal skulls and surgical instruments and peacock feathers and other spooky, wonderful things. The prices are pretty good too, especially for the neighborhood. A must-see for goth types. - Ursula , posted 01/09/05 |

Absolutely by far my favorite store on Melrose in Hollywood, CA. This gem of a store carries everything from fetal skulls to bat wings. You will never be disappointed when you visit - even if just for a look around. If you're lucky the owner and her adorable dog Darwin will be there.
