Since 1996, I've been going to this dealership for my maintenance solely because of one person. Hugo Novoa, the service advisor. He doesn't work on Tues so don't go then but any other time, drive on in. Give him a brief description of what the problem is and he'll take the car in. He's always given me good advice, never ripped me off and charges reasonable rates (at least compared to other dealership service depts). - pooja , posted 09/21/04 |
