 good food. packaging forces you to waste an ounce or so, and it costs like 2 dollars and ounce. this is very lame. also it is rotten on the shelve sometimes so watch out. - VIDA , posted 07/23/08 |

I've also been to some of the promotional dinners at there's house parties. The food is amazing. I am vegetarian and their food makes me want to eat more raw vegan food. I've always felt much more energetic after eating their recipes...some very nutritious stuff! - Unsubscribed , posted 05/28/08 |

I was fortunate enough to attend 2 dinners they had at their home. They are doing promotion before the resturant actually opens. I believe they are due to open in Sept. or Oct. The following was the menu:Raw Vegetable Soup Raw Chili Raw Caesar Salad Greens Nachos Grilled or Raw Taco Grilled Cheese Quesadilla Ice Cream with Chocolate Syrup in waffle bowl Smores w/homemade graham crackers Icy Orange Beverage Specialty Herbal Beverages I really have to say everything was excellent. I have been vegan for 15 years and never tasted cheese so yummy or authentic.
