I would question anyone who has a problem with Aram/Pro-Am. I have never found him to be anything but nice, generous & helpful. He has had someone drop me off when I leave my car there, find used parts if the new are really expensive, fixed little things and not charged me. He doesn't have to do any of that. His prices are always fair and his mechanics are efficient and know what they're doing. I completely trust him. A lot of people trust Aram with their cars, but my experience made me uncomfortable, and suspicious. Although Aram was able to rectify a disagreement between us satisfactorily, I will still be taking my car somewhere else next time. So funny that I recommended him to people and now I am in court against him. One of his "technicians" performed an oil change that resulted in the engine blowing up. So here I sit with a car that I pay $400/mo on and I take the bus. I took him to small claims for the cost of the engine (which he refused to fix) and WON. Now he is appealing and I have to get a lawyer and go to court again. He is a horrible business man with a horrible attitude and quite a temper. - jordan , posted 05/12/05 |
