HOSPITAL ROOM - with hospital bed, ob/Gun exam table, gurney, IV pole, wheel chair. CLASS ROOM - school desks and chairs, teachers desk, black board, lots of props. DUNGEON - dark wood, edgy space with great sloping ceiling, bondage chair, St Andrews cross, rack, horse. VIP AREAS - one VIP area has circular bed, sexy cocktail booth, the other has private dance pole and glass window with dance floor views. HAREM TENT - draped in red, with lounging areas for 20 BARN SET AND BIRD LOFT - you never know when you will need them. BANK VAULT - vault door with tumblers, inside is a 8x10 concrete room. ATTIC SPACE - very edgy concrete room. CIGAR LOUNGE - pool table, choice of 2 bar looks, couches, cafe tables and chairs, cocktail tables and stools. LIGHTING PACKAGE - use our staff our yours, list of equipment at our website. PARKING LOT - fenced and gated with guard shack, park over 150 cars, lots of room for trailers, or use our parking lot to shoot in. ROOF TOP - downtown LA city sky scape, 360 panorama, not the easiest access but well worth it. WAREHOUSE - 2000 sq ft of raw space. MAKE-UP ROOM - large, airy with natural light, can handle 5 make-up artist comfortably. KITCHEN - large kitchen can be used for craft service/catering or can be used for filming.
