Brave enough to stand for others
KL

I am so honored to call you my friend. It takes a real human to give up all that you have in order to see that things go well for those who have less. My hat will forever be off to you.
God bless you and your efforts to help - Unsubscribed , posted 08/22/07

Project KengiKAT swings into high gear for 30 Days
Ok, I know many of you are gearing up for or have even already left for Burning Man, I on the other hand am gearing up for something else, Another thing that burns inside of me.

I am gearing up for my own 30 Day Burn. Yep, in about a week Project KengiKAT will kick into high gear once again. I will leave home and live on the streets as a homeless man. I have picked out the two shelters I will be staying at and I have also picked out areas where I will sleep outside. During this time I will blog, photograph and take video of my day and nights. I am doing this once again to raise even more awareness of just how much homelessness is impacting so many people from all walks of life.

DO SOMETHING SATURDAY

During my 30 days of living as a homeless man I am will have at least two HUGE Do Something Saturday ~ that empowers people events. The events will include a picnic and clothing exchange. Please watch my blog for ways you can get involved with my efforts to serve homeless people

The rules will be the same as before, if you come to visit me you must help at least 5 homeless people. The best way to do this is by bringing a DO SOMETHING KIT or lunches. Te information on Do Something Kits will be posted on my website later this week. There will also be a link for Project KengiKAT. Here you will be able to keep up with all pics I post and make suggestions comments. - Unsubscribed , posted 08/15/07
