African Red Tea- The Best Rooibos Tea on the Market. Do NOT Be Fooled by Imitations! Like I was. ;)
I am a tea lover and I'm always looking to try new teas as well as share my findings. One of my favorite teas to drink is Rooibos or Red bush tea. It is made from a bush that grows in South Africa, has no caffeine and has many health properties.

One of the first Red Tea that I ever had and has probably been out on the market the longest is by a company called African Red Tea. At first the taste was quite different but I soon found myself craving it. Since the inception of the African Red Tea Company, many other brands have sold their version of Red Tea. I've tried various brands and none have the same taste, smell, or potency as the rooibos tea that is made by the African Red Tea Company. In fact, I was quite upset that I even bothered with any of them and have since vowed that I will only purchase my rooibos tea from African Red Tea only!

This company also sells various flavors of Rooibos tea. I've recently tried the Rooibos with Black Cumin seed for an extra anti-viral effect and found it just as tasty as their original red tea.

You can order online, visit their Los Angeles shop or else see if a local health food store carries it.

Rooibos is especially delicious as an iced tea. Also a pleasant hot tea can be enjoyed Cambric-style- just add 1/2 cup steamed milk or other non-dairy milk to the hot tea.
