Used to go to $2 tuesdays over there great place friendly bartenders with the Soju(sp?).you cant ask for better atmosphere either. - james , posted 11/01/04 |

It's too bad this fun spot is all the way in Santa Monica, but great for the Westsiders. Cool, funky design: think lucite, fluorescent lighting, industrial textures and white leather booths. Thursday nights are perfect for a groovy-loungey fix and weekends are better for great trance music. I don't get to Sugar as often as I'd like b/c I live in Hollywood, but I highly recommend it if you are looking for a good club on the Westside.
