mori sushi has got to be the best, freshest, sushi with the real and authentic essence of sushi, that of art and nutrition, all together. It's a little spendy so save up for it. Order Omakase (chef's choice) as he'll know what you'll like before you can say "I'll have a california roll." Oh, and make reservations. it's a small place. Mori Sushi 11500 W.
