TLC has served my pets with distinction for both emergency and general veterinary care. I think that they have excellent doctors, a nice staff and a great facility. I highly recommend TLC and have nothing else to say... - barbara , posted 06/23/08 |

I spent about 5 hours at their facility, and am still in doubt as to my dogs condition. When I asked why I was made to wait so long, (just to have my dog examined the wait was about an hour and a half), I was told it was due to more extreme cases. However, they wanted to keep my pet for 12 hours observation, which leads me to believe they thought it some what serious. I question there methods of triage. How can they ascertain the condition of an animal without examining it. Office manager refused to speak to me when I asked to discuss method of payment. This all leads me to believe that "T L C" stands for tough luck chump. -  Will

Most of the local people and friends I know go to TLC for pet care. The vets are professional and knowledgeable and the service is tremendously better than what you get at Petco. The packages and costs are comparable to Petco packages and I cannot emphasize enough how much better the service is here, pets and owners alike are happy, friendly and the staff is great.
