Today it took three employees (a non-English speaking teenager, a deaf man, and some guy with a huge tattoo on his arm) to figure out what I was talking about when I said I was looking for a "guestbook." It's a nice looking, newer store, but a week after I dislocated my shoulder I went there to buy a desk and even after repeated calls to help me move the box and flagging down a manager I split because I wasted over 45 minutes standing around. This isn't my only bad service complaint either, just the most egregious. - j3r3my. , posted 06/07/05 |
