location: where ocean meets land straight out from Paloma Ave, Venice Beach time: 7 am to 8 am M - W - F offering: $15 Sunrise Qigong on the Beach with Dolphins! oh bliss bliss bliss! Today I made it out finally to meet beautiful souls who do sunrise Qigong on the beach 200 steps from my doorstep...thanks to Truth I who flows us through movements to free the soul and harmonize the body, and commune with the universe. As soon as we were done; "Dolphins!" A whole bunch of them milling around directly in front of us, playing. We cheered, om-ed, whistled and catcalled for them. I'll definitely be back! ...I love Venice... Truth I is also the Kambousha and fresh coconut connection King....along with Positudinal Open-mike nite events. - BIBI , posted 12/21/06 |
