The owner Phil is the grumpiest kind man you'll ever meet. It's a coffee house in a cozy house with Valentino paraphernalia on the wall. The patio is the best smoking patio I know in Orange. - Raseny , posted 06/16/06 |

This place is a converted house, occupied mostly by local college kids. It's right down the street from Chapman University. Bands play here regularly. It's a nice place to hang out for an evening. The coffe is mediocre in my opinion, but it's really not the reason to check this place out. - §had , posted 11/01/04 |
