if there is a more pretentious blow your smoke up someones ass place while drinking a 5 dollar coffee place in L.A. I HAVEN'T FOUND IT. The waitstaff is just as confused as the patrons about how to order. the wait is ridiculous. the food is ok but exhorbant. I think this is the true meeting place for the young and the brainless. Never the less its always popular. I'm just really pissed off cause i bought some rancid organic coffee there. - TAOS , posted 09/27/05 |

it's always extremely crowded, with pushy rich girls and impatient westside actor types, yet the staff at urth caffe are always polite and together. mistakes are common, but understandable with the hectic atmosphere. the food is excellent, and the morning pastry selection is hard to beat. the lattes are expensive but STRONG! the spanish latte is my favorite. - harmony , posted 07/30/05 |

Love Urth & have been a regular for over 8 years! Like the European Vibe / Flair ~~ Mix of people and the overall positive energy~~ Seating is sometimes a little hassle but it is worth it. I like to see that actors are being treated the same way as somebody with a different profession there and that you can sit next to Actor X and still be normal with your friends.
