At first, I had a hard time making it all the through this film. But, it really grew on me...I actually get off on it! Very sleek and sensual! Not one bad performance: of note is Elias Koteas' perfomance as Vaughn...very creepy and at the same time you're pulled in! Book by JG Ballard (he also wrote "Empire of the Sun"--which made a very different film--but follows the same lines: man's connection to technology). - scorpion , posted 12/05/05 |
