I am once again in Los Angeles, bringing synchrony and flow.. meeting amazing beings, and carving away to the core of why I am on this planet in this time. I have been known as a "healer," a yoga teacher, I've called myself a "Holistic Wellness Consultant" and most recently a "Somatic Consultant."
As I consider what calls to me most deeply, powerfully, it is the opportunity to share with greater numbers of people, the essence of WHY I am in this work in the first place - to reach more beings more powerfully. Ways this may look - developing enterprises/trainings, writing books/curricula, speaking publicly/podcasting.
My time and energy are beginning to be drawn in that direction as I find that the people who do find themselves drawn to my work - experience life changing results quite consistently, perpetually, and according to their desire/intent. It is important that the essence of how all this works be brought to the eye of the public, and be made available to shift the cultural norms and assumptions we have around health, healing, wellness, and wellbeing.
As such, I am still available for sessions in Los Angeles and the Bay area [I will be booking appointments in LA through the 29th of this month, beginning again on the 14th of March - Bay Area appointments March 1st - 14th].
I am choosing to work with those who feel drawn to experience my work, and are willing to step fully into whatever it is that is being called of them by their body, their heart, their life. My intention is to serve, uplift, clarify, and amplify your intentions for yourself and your life.
The work consists of integrative structural energy work - wherein your body will experience significant release of stress, tension, pain, and rediscover balance, recover energy, sensation, the ability to feel deeply, and at the VERY least, you will feel really frickin' good. You will also have the opportunity to inquire into themes and life-issues that prevent you from manifesting your truest desires, or core purpose - and when it is time - releasing and completing the unresolved residual energy of these impedances.
You will also have the opportunity to receive focused time and attention toward your ultimate intent - tangible or experiential - and to receive feedback and/or insight into these themes. All of this is integrated toward the end of the session, as the visceral and cereberal elements come together and form a cohesive context for moving forward, allowing the changes in the body/mind to permeate one's life.
