Request: Looking for help updating my website!!

Hi everyone, a beautiful and talented friend designed my website but he isnt doing cyber work anymore and my site hasnt been updated now since 2006. Please have a look and see if you can help me with some simple one time updates and to improve the photo gallery to be more user friendly. Does anyone know someone with tech skills?
